What We Do

• Market Property- Attracting the right tenant and keeping them is what we are all about. This is one of the most valuable services we provide. We advertise your property on our website as well as many others like Zillow.

• Tenant Screening-  Probably the most important step in the rental process. Having a quality tenant provides benefit to both the Landlord and Property Manager. We screen each tenant with a full credit report, eviction report and rental history report.

• Property Maintenance- We offer all repair and maintenance services for your property. For small repairs, we have a trusted group of vendors we rely on. For larger repairs, we contact the owner for approval and get bids from vendors who are reliable and trustworthy.

• Property Accounting- Our full service management provides you with complete monthly financial statements including all income and expenses. At the end of the year we provide a complete year end statement showing all income and expenses along with a 1099 Misc. form.
